Markham Open House for Customer Service Reps, July 12


Our non-for-profit client has an upcoming staffing need for experienced call centre inbound customer service representatives to work Monday to Friday- day shift from 8am-6pm.
Your previous Customer Service experience and exceptional customer service ability would be needed to start work early August until mid December. You will also provide accurate information to customers in a courteous manner and on a timely basis. Understanding and clarifying customer needs as required. Excellent communication skills are required as well as familiarity within a Windows based programs and familiarity to work within multiple screens.
