Staff Who Give Back, Make All the Difference


The Bagg Group adds a unique twist to their Christmas shopping traditions!

Employees at the The Bagg Group, a full service recruitment agency since 1971, planned a meaningful holiday initiative this year. With the support of CEO Geoff Bagg, employees hit the stores to purchase Christmas gifts for two families in support of Moorelands Adopt-A-Family Foundation. And they’ve added cats and dogs to their list!

“We’re in the people business and pets are important to people as well,” says Jennifer Menard, General Manager of Bagg @ Your Service, the Hospitality & Event division of The Bagg Group.  “We looked beyond the working relationships and made the effort to connect on a deeper level with people’s needs,” adds Menard, who also heads up The Bagg Group’s Community Involvement Program.

Bagg Group employees contributed 844 bags of cat and dog food from FKK Wholesale to WoodGreen Community Services to help keep their Pet Food Bank alive, which now feeds about 40 pets a week.

“We care about matching people to the right jobs and carefully considering what matters to people in hopes of creating happier families and communities,” says Geoff Bagg – a big supporter of engaged employees in the workplace.

The Bagg Group has been active in hundreds of charities for close to 45 years now. “It’s more than giving back – it’s a gift to be reminded of our ability to do meaningful work,” he adds.
