Responsible for assisting customers face to face with general information on route changes, closures, and introducing new payment processes.
Distributing information pamphlets to customers as required
$ 12.00 /hr
Job Location: various locations throughout Toronto
Hours: Full Time and part time hours- depending on the project- (8 -11 hr shifts) which include weekends with mid-week off days. You must be flexible as you can be scheduled to work different shifts on a weekly basis. Hours are anywhere from 8 -11 hr shifts and will be anywhere from 5:30am- 4pm for the day shift and anywhere between 3:30pm-2:30am for afternoon shifts.
Job Description: This position is a front-line customer service related position, which has been developed to assist customers on-board the new Streetcar with payment processes, operational questions and route diversion information.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for assisting customers with general information
- Handing out brochures to TTC patrons informing them of the Streetcar changes
- Excellent English verbal communication
- Will be required to interact with customers Required to stand during the full duration of your shift Will be required to successfully complete in-house training relevant to this position during weekend (8 hours) Required to pass a criminal background check
